Why is my RedotPay promo code not working?

Most often: wrong screen, typo, code already auto-applied, balance too low, or the account is not eligible. Confirm the live checkout total.

Where do I enter RDVIR?

Only in the card-order promo field after you choose virtual card. Partner-link accounts may already show $8 with no typing.

Can I stack two virtual card codes?

No. Use one virtual card-order code per order. A second code usually fails or does nothing.

Direct answer: If the total already shows $8 (virtual) or $80 (physical), stop typing. Otherwise copy RDVIR or RDPHY on the card-order screen only. One code per matching order. App checkout is authoritative.
