Do I need KYC to use RedotPay?
Yes — KYC is mandatory for deposits, card issuance and spending. It's free and takes minutes with a government ID and selfie.
How long does KYC approval take?
Usually a few minutes to a few hours; up to 24 hours on busy days. Upload the original document, well-lit, no glare.
My KYC was rejected — what now?
The app tells you the exact reason (blurry photo, expired ID, name mismatch, etc.). Fix that specific issue and resubmit. Don't submit identical photos repeatedly.
Which documents work for KYC?
Any government-issued photo ID: passport, national ID card, or driver's license. It must be valid (not expired) and in your name.

How do I fund my card?
Option A: in-app P2P market — buy USDT with GCash, MoMo, bKash, Easypaisa, Pix, bank transfer. Option B: USDT TRC20 transfer from Binance/OKX/Trust Wallet.
What's the minimum deposit?
Approximately 5 USDT on TRC20. Deposit $10–$20 in one go to cover the $8 card fee plus spending balance.
Which network should I use?
TRC20 (Tron) — address starts with T, fee under $1, arrival 1–5 min. ERC20/BEP20 start with 0x and can lose your funds.
What spending fees apply?
0.5% domestic, 1.5% international. Conversion USDT→USD costs 1%. ATM on the physical card costs $2.50 + 1.5%.
Why is my card declined?
Check: USD balance (not only USDT), merchant accepts Visa, limits not reached, card not frozen, and the merchant country isn't restricted. If all look fine, contact support with the transaction reference.
Can I get cash from an ATM?
Yes, with the physical card ($2.50 + 1.5% per withdrawal). The virtual card is for online and contactless spending only.

Yes — open card details → Add to Apple Pay / Google Pay. Tap-to-pay works at contactless terminals worldwide.
What can I buy with it?
Anything that accepts Visa: Amazon, Netflix, Spotify, ChatGPT Plus, Google Ads, Steam, AliExpress, hotels and flights. Good for subscriptions that reject local cards.
Can I receive payments (like Upwork) on the card?
Yes — many freelancers receive USD and spend via RedotPay. Keep the card funded and use it where your local card is declined.
How do I check my card limits?
