Is RedotPay Available in Your Country? Four Official Lists Compared (2026)

RedotPay's help center publishes four country lists, and they are not the same. One covers citizens who cannot complete identity verification (41 countries and regions), one covers residents who cannot get a card (47), one covers places where physical cards cannot be shipped (47) and one covers places from which the app cannot be accessed (38). Together they name 51 countries and regions, and 35 of them are on all four. Six more, including Singapore, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Nepal and Turkey, are blocked for cards but not for account verification. Egypt is only on the delivery list, and Tanzania is only on the app access list.

Every list below comes from RedotPay's help center, read on 2026-10-22. We read the card issuance list directly on the page and the other three through a text extraction, then checked that they agree with each other: the issuance list is the account list plus six countries, the delivery list differs from the issuance list by three countries each way, and the access list is the account list with four removed and Tanzania added. RedotPay says the lists can change, so treat this page as a snapshot.

What does each of RedotPay's four lists cover?

Account (citizens). Unsupported Countries/Regions (28 August 2026): citizens of the listed places cannot complete identity verification or use RedotPay's services, because of local regulations and sanctions policy.
Card issuance (residents). Card Issuance Restrictions (28 August 2026): because of global sanctions and card network restrictions, residents of the listed regions are ineligible for virtual and physical cards, and these places cannot be registered as billing addresses.
Physical delivery. Card Delivery Restrictions (21 July 2026): physical cards cannot be shipped to the listed places, which RedotPay attributes to logistics and customs.
App access (located there). Location-Based Access Restrictions (28 August 2026): services are currently unavailable in the listed places, and users located there cannot access the app.

Why do RedotPay's country lists disagree?

Blocked for cards but not for accounts: Singapore, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Nepal, Turkey. Singapore is on the issuance list only; the other five are also on the delivery list.
Physical cards cannot be shipped, but no other list names them: Egypt, Palestine, Tunisia.
App access only: Tanzania. It is the one place on the access list that is on none of the other three.
On the account, issuance and access lists but not delivery: North Macedonia, Zimbabwe.
On the account, issuance and delivery lists but not access: Albania, Bouvet Island, Kosovo, Netherlands Antilles.

RedotPay does not say why the lists differ. One reading, which is ours and not RedotPay's, is that the delivery list is older (21 July 2026) than the other three (28 August 2026), which would explain why Singapore, North Macedonia and Zimbabwe appear on the issuance list but not on the delivery list.

How should I check my country?

Check your country on all four lists, not only one. A country on none of them is not a promise that the product works for you, and RedotPay says its compliance team is working to add supported countries and regions, so lists can also shrink. Do not fund an account until the app lets you in and the Cards screen is visible. The promo codes on this site are the same everywhere and only matter where the product is available.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is RedotPay available in my country?

RedotPay's help center publishes four separate lists: unsupported countries for account verification, card issuance restrictions, physical card delivery restrictions and location-based app access restrictions. They differ, so check your country on all four. If it is on none of them the product may be available, but only the app can confirm it.

Why does RedotPay have different country lists?

RedotPay does not explain. The lists cover different things (citizenship for verification, residence for card issuance, shipping for physical cards and your location for app access), and they carry different dates: the delivery list is dated 21 July 2026 and the other three 28 August 2026. RedotPay says all of them may change as regulations evolve.

Can I get a RedotPay card if I live in Singapore, India or Turkey?

Not according to RedotPay's Card Issuance Restrictions article of 28 August 2026, which lists Singapore, India, Indonesia, Morocco, Nepal and Turkey, among others. It says residents of listed regions are ineligible for virtual and physical cards and that these places cannot be used as billing addresses.

Can I use RedotPay if I am in Egypt or Tanzania?

Egypt appears only on the physical card delivery list, so physical cards cannot be shipped there, and it is not on the card issuance list. Tanzania appears only on the location-based access list, which says users located there cannot access the app. Check the app, because RedotPay says the lists can change.

Is the United States supported by RedotPay?

No, according to RedotPay's own articles. The United States is on all four lists: citizens cannot complete verification, residents cannot get cards, physical cards are not shipped there and people located in the US cannot access the app.
