Binance Card in Brazil
Binance's own card page lists Brazil as a supported country (checked 2026-10-12 at binance.com/en/cards). It describes a BRL Mastercard with no issuance or annual fee (0 BRL), 0.9% crypto conversion, a 1–2% foreign exchange fee, two free ATM withdrawals a month and then US$1.50 each, and up to 3% cashback. Binance asks for Brazilian verification documents, and the Card menu must appear in your app before you can apply.
