Send USDT to RedotPay — 5 Minutes, ~$1 Fee

If you already have USDT in any wallet or exchange, this is the cheapest way to fund your RedotPay card. Just 3 steps.

Quick Answer: RedotPay → Wallet → Deposit → USDT → TRC20 → copy address → paste in your wallet → send 8+ USDT → wait 1–3 minutes. Network fee: ~$1.

⚠️ CRITICAL: TRC20 NETWORK ONLY
Sending USDT via ERC20, BEP20, or any other network will lose your money permanently. RedotPay only accepts USDT on the Tron (TRC20) network.

Get Your RedotPay Deposit Address

Open RedotPay → Wallet → Deposit → select USDT → select TRC20. Copy the address starting with "T".

Network is TRC20 / Tron
Coin is USDT (not USDC or BTC)

Safety Check — Do This Before Sending

Double-check these 3 things. One mistake can cost you everything.

Address starts with "T" — TRC20 only
Network = TRC20 — not ERC20, not BEP20
First time? Send 1 USDT as a test. Wait 1–3 min. Then send the rest.
⚠️ Wrong network = lost funds. This is the #1 mistake beginners make.

Send from Your Wallet

Pick your wallet below. The process is the same for all — paste the address, select TRC20, enter amount, confirm.

Open Binance → Wallets → Spot → find USDT → Withdraw
Select TRC20 network (fee should be ~$1 — if higher, wrong network)
Paste your RedotPay "T..." address
Enter amount (8+ USDT) → Confirm with 2FA
Open OKX → Assets → Withdraw → select USDT
Select TRC20 network
Paste RedotPay address → Enter amount → Confirm
Open Trust Wallet → tap USDT → Send
Paste RedotPay address
Switch network to Tron / TRC20 (defaults to BEP20 — change it!)
Enter amount → Review fee (~$1) → Send
⚠️ Trust Wallet defaults to BNB Smart Chain. You MUST switch to Tron/TC20 before sending.
MetaMask doesn't include Tron by default. You need to add the Tron network first.
Once Tron is added, send USDT-TRC20 to your RedotPay address.
💡 Not familiar with custom networks? Use Binance, OKX, or Trust Wallet instead. Much simpler.

Confirm & Start Spending

Go back to RedotPay. Your Wallet tab now shows your USDT balance. You can open your virtual card (8 USDT minimum) or swap to USD and spend immediately.

💡 Not showing after 10 min? Check your TxID on tronscan.org. If "Confirmed", wait a few more minutes.

Troubleshooting

Sent via wrong network (ERC20/BEP20)

Contact RedotPay support with your TxID immediately. Recovery is possible but not guaranteed. Always do a 1 USDT test first.

USDT hasn't arrived after 30 minutes

Check the TxID on tronscan.org. "Confirmed" = wait 5 more min. "Pending" = network congestion. "Failed" = check your sending wallet.

Withdrawal fee is $5+ instead of $1

You selected the wrong network. Go back and explicitly choose TRC20 / Tron. If the fee shows ~$1, you're on the right network.
