Direct answer: Binance Card is country-specific and app-gated. As of 2026-10-12, Binance's card page (binance.com/en/cards) lists Brazil as the supported country for its BRL Mastercard: no annual or issuance fee (0 BRL), 0.9% crypto conversion, 1–2% foreign exchange fee, 2 free ATM withdrawals per month then 1.50 USD each, and up to 3% cashback. Figures we documented earlier for a Global/APAC USD card (0.1% USDC conversion, 2% FX with country exceptions) came from a Binance support article that is no longer online, so we could not re-verify them. The EU/UK Visa product was discontinued in Dec 2023 and the US/Canada are not supported. The Card tab must appear in your app.

Sources and verification

Brazil BRL Mastercard per binance.com/en/cards (2026-10-12). A separate Global/APAC program issued by Immersve (New Zealand) was documented here earlier but cannot be re-verified: the Binance support articles we cited have been removed. EU Visa shut down Dec 2023. Always confirm the live Card screen in the app before spending.
